Terms of use
The short version: Balloon Breeze is a game for fun. Play it, share it with your family, and don't try to copy or break it. It's provided as is.
These terms apply to the Balloon Breeze app for iPhone and iPad, made by SLM Labs, the app studio of Sergio Martinez ("we"). They add to Apple's Standard License Agreement, which also applies. By using Balloon Breeze, you agree to both. If a child plays, a parent or guardian accepts these terms for them.
Who can use Balloon Breeze
Balloon Breeze is for all ages. You may use it for personal, non-commercial play on Apple devices you own or control, as Apple's terms allow, including through Family Sharing. Children should play with a parent or guardian's permission.
Game items
Stars, levels, stickers and collectible items are part of the game. They have no cash value, can't be bought, sold or transferred, and may be reset if you reset progress or delete the app.
Our content
The app, its artwork, sounds, music and name belong to SLM Labs. Don't copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the app, except where the law allows it.
Acceptable use
Don't use Balloon Breeze to break the law, and don't try to cheat, tamper with saved progress, or interfere with the app.
Disclaimer and limits
Balloon Breeze is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the fullest extent the law allows, SLM Labs isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from using the app, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $50 or the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
Changes and ending use
We may update the app or these terms. If the terms change, we'll update this page and the effective date, and continuing to use Balloon Breeze means you accept them. You can stop at any time by deleting the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
